If a minor is applying for a PAN card what are the proofs required to be submitted? Can he sign on the form or his guardian/parents need to sign over it?

If a minor applies for a PAN Card, he or she must provide proof of his/her photo and date of birth.

As stated in the application form, parents/guardians are also required to submit documents.

A Minor cannot sign the PAN Card Application form. Parents or Guardians must sign for minors' behalf.
