Are UID card and School Id card valid for adress proof and birth certificate proof?

I would like to make a PAN card for my minor daughter. Is the UID card valid for proof or address?

The Form 49A online/offline form is required to apply for a PAN Card for a minor. It can be downloaded from UTI Technology Services Limited's official website. The application form contains a list of all required documents.

Minors must submit proof of parent's identity and address. Address proof can be provided by using the UID card of the parent.

The parent who submitted the documents should sign the application. The PAN Card will include the signature of the parent.

Only DOB and Photo of the Minor are required.
