When I click to' ABC IPO allotment status' link,why I get redirected to another website?

The registrars of public issues make allotments. The data is held by registrars for allotment. We share some data with some registrars, while others do not.
We redirect all IPO's to the website of the registrar if we don't have allotment data.

How many days does an allotment of IPO usually takes

When the allotment status is shown, will the share be deposited to my account?
