I applied for a PAN Card for my 17-year-old daughter. However, when I received my PAN Card it was apparent that there is no photograph on the card. Please clarify why the photograph is not attached.
This is the rule.
A Minor PAN Card will not allow photographs to be shown as there may be physical changes that occur over time. The word "Minor" will be written in the PAN Card's space for photographs.
