How the mobile app is downloaded?

Only taxpayers and enrolled drivers can access the mobile app. It is not available on Play Store. Login as the main user and choose "for mobile app" under the registration menu. The system will ask you to choose the user/subuser and then enter the IMEI number. After entering the IMEI number, the system will send the user a link to his mobile phone that allows him to download the app via SMS. The user must now click the link to download the app and allow it to be installed on his mobile.
