What happens if I have only one Exchange?

SOR cannot work if you only have access to one exchange or one Cash segment

Call & Trade can place AMO orders and Post-closing orders?

Yes. Orders for AMOs can be placed between 4:15pm and 6:00pm, and Post-closing orders from 3.50pm until 4:00pm. The closing session can be changed according to NSE directive

Can Call & Trade orders be confirmed by Customer Care?

No,It can be done through the dealer of call & trade.

After placing an order by phone, can I view my order online?

Yes. You can view details of orders placed by phone on the website.

Can I place more orders per call?

Yes. There is currently no limit to the number of orders per call

How can I cancel or modify an order that was placed in the T2T or suspended scrips segments?

No. An order placed in the T2T segment or suspended scrips segment can't be cancelled or modified

Can I forward orders for T2T or suspended scrips until 3:30 PM?

No. Offline orders can be sent until 2:45 PM, after which they will not be accepted.

Can rates be confirmed by Call & Trade?

Yes. Call & Trade can be used to get live market rates.

Call & Trade is it a secure option?

Call our number and our Call & Trade representative will ask a few questions about your identity to verify it. After your identity has been verified, you will be able place/modify/cancel orders.
