Yes. All the persons who is registered under GST have to register on the e-way bill portal : www.ewaybillgst.gov.in using his GSTIN. Once GSTIN has been entered the system will send an OTP via registered mobile number to GST Portal. After authenticating, the system will allow him to generate username and password to use the ewaybill system. After creating the username/password of his/her preference, he/she is able to proceed to generate the electronic bill.
