No. No. A trader who chooses to pay tax under the composition system is not allowed to be in the credit chain. He cannot take credit for his input supplies nor issue a taxable invoice to his customer. He must issue a bill for supply, and cannot collect tax from the recipient. The person buying from him cannot accept credit.
