A customer's 4-digit Zerodha support code (ZPIN) is their personal identification. It can be used to place orders through the Call & Trade desk, and also for raising support questions. The support code is now known as the Z Pin telephone number.
To get quicker customer support, you will need to authenticate every time that you call Zerodha Customer Support or Call & Trade Desk.
Your support code is assigned when you create an account. Your support code is located under your Console/Kite Profile. You can reset your support code at any time by logging on to Console from the Account page.
